The strange finding
Africa has the world's fastest-growing labour force, and the job-matching category is almost invisible in current coverage — we found no substantive 2025–26 reporting on the established players at all.
That is either evidence of a stagnant category or of a genuinely open field. It is the least-verified opportunity in this catalog and we are saying so.
Why voice changes it
A CV is a literacy and formatting test before it is a skills test. Spoken work history, structured by a model into a searchable profile, removes a barrier that has nothing to do with whether someone can do the job.
