Ask a health question on WhatsApp; get triage grounded in clinician-reviewed guidance.
Built for Households without easy access to a clinic
Why this shape
African health technology that monetises a payer survives. Health technology that monetises a poor patient directly does not — the graveyard is well documented.
So this is designed to sit behind an insurer, employer or clinic network rather than charging a sick person at the point of fear.
The AI part that is genuinely new
Language models make triage possible in Twi, Hausa or Pidgin by voice, which removes the literacy barrier that written symptom checkers assume. That capability did not exist three years ago.
The hard constraint
Same architecture as AgriVoice: reviewed content only, no free generation of medical advice, and a real referral path. If the system is unsure, a person takes over.
This is a researched proposal, not a commitment. Nothing here has been validated with a paying customer yet.
